Who we are

What we provide

VedIQ generates personalised reports from information you supply. For Palm, the first stage records features visible in photographs. For Astro, it calculates a chart from the supplied birth date, time and place. A separate stage writes the interpretation from that structured evidence. No human reviews a report before delivery unless support or quality investigation requires it.

Reports are provided for educational purposes and personal reflection only. Palmistry is a traditional interpretive practice, not a science. Nothing in a VedIQ report is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it must never be used in place of a qualified professional. We make no claim that any statement in a report is factually accurate or predictive, and you should not make consequential decisions on the basis of one.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a report. You may only upload photographs or submit birth information relating to you, or to a person who has explicitly authorised you to do so.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

Payment

Reports are sold at the price shown at checkout, in Indian rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card details. Your order is fulfilled once we have verified the payment with the provider.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload images you do not have the right to submit.
Upload content that is unlawful, or that depicts anyone without their consent.
Attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent rate limits, or access another user’s data.
Resell, redistribute or present a VedIQ report as your own work or as professional advice.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless prevented by law.

Your content and ours

You keep all rights in the photographs you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to generate your report and to provide the service to you. We do not use your images to train models, and we do not share them with anyone except the processors described in our privacy policy.

The report we produce for you is yours to keep and use personally. The VedIQ software, design, prompts and report templates remain ours.

Availability

We aim to keep VedIQ available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; where a change materially affects a report you have already paid for and not received, we will refund you.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report the claim relates to. We are not liable for any decision you take on the basis of a report, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other jurisdiction that applies, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have jurisdiction over disputes.
